Pros
Good salary, good colleague, better than my last working experience, Ex managers was good until they replaced a new one.
Cons
Bad management, lack of decision making, For example, had to call last min to submit a expense report when they could have tell us few hours or a day before. I got a call back from the management when my leaves was already approved but ignored it and raise my concern. Beak time was already taken away. Lot of grey areas when asking for an explanation. Meaning the answer is not clearly there, lot of twist of words. Management can be rude and can be lack of understanding when it comes to petty stuffs.
