Unstable environment, with lack of commitment to decisions - Accounting Genpact Employee Review

There's no increase in benefits and salaries as promised multiple times. Unstable environment as the account your assigned to could just drop, if you're not assigned to another one you're at risk to be layed off. Decisions are not actioned. And sometimes cancelled after taken. Resigned and wouldn't process my papers in time and got delayed in my new job.
