It's a shame that as a foreign worker, opportunities for internal mobility seemed limited, particularly when it came to transitioning into development or technical roles. Unfortunately, my time with the company ended due to the client concluding the project while I was in training. Finding a new role within the organization proved impossible, as visa restrictions apparently tied foreign employees to specific departments or projects.
