Those on the management team that were team players really formed a tight bond of trust. Captial Money was available and purchasing was smooth as long as you understand the process. The knowledge of the process still exists within the walls of the building. Clean facility and a very strong safety culture has been growing relative to competitions facilities. New training program is being implemented, seems that it will drive a new culture of experience within the locations
Cons
Those on the management team only out for self preservation really put a strain on the group that is looking out for the team. These individuals seem to pull at the seams of the team and really need to be coached back to support the team or removed from the group. When it comes to capital spending and projects, listen to the experience in the floor! Sometimes the best ideas are those that come from the roots. The experience that is still within the walls of the building is being ignored, the longer it is ignored the harder it will be to get back to a truly knowledgeable workforce.
