Horrible management Leads think they're above the regular workers. If you have a problem to tell to management good luck because they won't do anything to help. Leads are sharing confidential information to their friends. Workers are underpaid cross trained into different positions and are still paid $11 same as what a person who has knowledge in position gets paid. As long as you're brown nosing to them you'll be on their good side.
