Pros
- Amazing, well known brand - Free Chocolate & sometimes Sundae's! - Great/ fun on-boarding process - Summer hours! Off at 2pm every Friday from Memorial day to labor day! - CEO is awesome, engages conversation with everyone in the company, not just upper management - Coworkers are all positive and fun! - Free fruit/coffee/snacks and always extra food in the kitchen if you forget your lunch - Room for growth, it is a surprisingly small company and I believe there is a lot of upward mobility & opportunities for growth for the right employees
Cons
- Pay is a little lower than surrounding Bay Area jobs/ companies - Not as many company sponsored events as I have had in the past, would love to interact with co-workers outside mt department more often - You have to be your own advocate (and be persistent) for advancement - Not all departments have the same mindset, some may have work/life balance while others may not
