Pros
I loved working there while the leadership of my team was sound and able. The benefits are pretty good, a fairly flexible hybrid workplace. We were well provided for during our transition from on-site (in 2020) through the return to office in 22. The senior leadership was fairly patient with employees who took some time to return. If you are looking for stability, fairly good pay with benefits but aren't too keen on growth, and not too attached to your job, then this is a good place to work!
Cons
It operates under the shadows of Lindt Chocolates which is a much larger and different company. Although the results were measured against Lindt, the investments did not. Goals are pretty aggressive for each of the teams (cause their Lindt counterparts' have even more aggressive goals!) completely overlooking what the company's capabilities, bandwidth, and needs are. Surprisingly, in the last few months of my time there, HR was unreachable too. That's pretty unusual, but I had nowhere to go express my concerns, challenges and problems.
