RUN - Business Manager Gibson Homewares Employee Review

I arrived at Gibson in 2017 and since then I've met some great wonderful people here! If you are a good employee and are serious about doing the job and wanting to grow, doors and opportunity will open for you. I have been in 3 different departments here and learned so much in each of them! I am very happy in my current position and look forward to staying with Gibson for many years to come!

Only thing I can think of is: I wish there was more natural light coming in inside the office, but I understand this is a big building and isn't always possible. You can always use your 15 min break to step outside and get some nice sun and take a fresh breath.

From Christmas parties to lunches and raffles celebrating other holidays Gibson makes you feel like not just an employee but part of the "Gibson Family". They appreciate the work you do and reward good job performances with annual salary increases and bonuses.

I Really can't think of anything
