We received your review and noted you made your review "anonymous" probably due to the fact that you are a current employee. Fair enough.
Many reviews note a positive experience with co-workers.
Gibson Homewares being a family-owned and operated business is fair game for claims of nepotism. That said, as the next generation of family enters into the company business, from my experience, they are ALL very competent at what they do. They are the company leaders of the future. It makes sense. The company is not putting anyone into a role they cannot do, that would be detrimental to the business.
Gibson Homewares makes our products is many different countries, usually in the country where the materials are indigenous for that product. Buy for less, sell for more, that's one way to do business. That business model is still valid.
Gibson does promote from within, however that process and timeline varies among individuals.
The terms used in your review "worthless people" and "harassment" are indicative of your general dissatisfaction overall.
