We received your review. As you noted, having a "job" is a positive thing. Every company is different and people do gain experience from working at different companies over time. Many times people don't really appreciate their current company environment until they find themselves working for a different company, often wishing they could go back to their former work environment. You never know... Depending upon the position, some positions require more guidance than others. Micro-managing is never a good idea and often not received well. Thank you for the suggestion to "say hi" to your team once in a while. A wise suggestion, thank you.

Pros

I arrived at Gibson in 2017 and since then I've met some great wonderful people here! If you are a good employee and are serious about doing the job and wanting to grow, doors and opportunity will open for you. I have been in 3 different departments here and learned so much in each of them! I am very happy in my current position and look forward to staying with Gibson for many years to come!

Cons

Only thing I can think of is: I wish there was more natural light coming in inside the office, but I understand this is a big building and isn't always possible. You can always use your 15 min break to step outside and get some nice sun and take a fresh breath.

They appreciate the work you do and reward good job performances with annual salary increases and bonuses.
