And it’s even clearer that something must have gone wrong for you to become disgruntled and make derogatory remarks about the company. Regarding your comments about the owners and management--Owners of the company have the ability and responsibility to run a successful business. Management has the responsibility to manage the functional areas of operation, effectively and efficiently. Everyone strives to do their best for the company. Employers are held to a higher standard in California and we operate within California Labor Law and take pride in operating ethically. Your review reflects a disgruntled employee point of view and isn’t helpful in a “public forum” that is meant to be informative to others looking for work.
