Gibson Homewares is a large company, family-owned and operated, for 45 years. The track record speaks for itself. Being a former team member for over a year, you must have found something positive about the company to keep coming back to work, day after day. Clearly something happened for you to become disgruntled. Your comments are simply insights from someone who has become disgruntled, and not helpful for someone wanting to really learn more about Gibson Homewares. We're not that bad, We're actually a large, stable company who employs hundreds of people. Most team members appreciate the work, the stability of their job, the opportunity to grow with an industry leader, and the camaraderie of teamwork.

I arrived at Gibson in 2017 and since then I've met some great wonderful people here! If you are a good employee and are serious about doing the job and wanting to grow, doors and opportunity will open for you. I have been in 3 different departments here and learned so much in each of them! I am very happy in my current position and look forward to staying with Gibson for many years to come!

Cons

Only thing I can think of is: I wish there was more natural light coming in inside the office, but I understand this is a big building and isn't always possible. You can always use your 15 min break to step outside and get some nice sun and take a fresh breath.
