Management is not "awful and treats employees like garbage" as you claim in your review. On the contrary, management is solid and steady as demonstrated by the ongoing success of the business. Your review sounds like it comes from a personal place, not business-related. And your one-point rating clearly reflects a bad personal experience, non business-related.

I arrived at Gibson in 2017 and since then I've met some great wonderful people here! If you are a good employee and are serious about doing the job and wanting to grow, doors and opportunity will open for you. I have been in 3 different departments here and learned so much in each of them! I am very happy in my current position and look forward to staying with Gibson for many years to come!

Cons

Only thing I can think of is: I wish there was more natural light coming in inside the office, but I understand this is a big building and isn't always possible. You can always use your 15 min break to step outside and get some nice sun and take a fresh breath.
