Pros
I joined a year ago and have seen the whole management team replaced which was a great decision. I started under the old managers. The new team seems to be really sharp, experienced and very transparent about what they are doing to take Gigster in a new direction. In our mid-year meeting, sales increased over last year. We have all been invited to a company re-launch meeting in a week, so I'm anxious but excited at what this will look like. We have a really cool solution and customers love it.
Cons
There has been a ton of turnover. It sucks because I have built friendships along the way with many in my department. The people I know that left or were let go didn't fit the new management style or high expectations. Some deserved it, some didn't but that's life as far as I'm concerned. The people here now are, for the most part, awesome.
