Chris Keene once tweeted that Glassdoor is Silicon Valley's equivalent of Revenge Porn...newsflash, people do not flock in droves to Glassdoor to post negative reviews, unless there is seriously something wrong going on. Keene has managed to take a growing services company, and add 5 consecutive quarters of stagnant or negative growth to his CEO resume. He brought on his circle of friends with ZERO services experience to build out the executive team, so its no wonder he is all of a sudden scrambling to make the business a Product company in the wake of his failure. The board should have stepped in and removed him at least 2 quarters ago, but they are caught up in his game of smoke and mirrors of what this company actually is doing. WAKE UP! If you are into politics, and feel the desire to brown-nose execs and be a "yes" person, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I would encourage you to find an alternative workplace.
