Benefits and lots of vacation and sick time

Cons

New administration at district office and they are getting rid of employees that have been there over 20 years and replacing with new non experienced staff. No loyalty at all. No raises in over 7 years. No advancement.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
