Pros

The teachers and staff at both schools I worked at were great. They were hard working, caring people who wanted to make a difference for the children they were educating.

Cons

The district is a mess! As a secretary, I dealt with the administrative side of the district on a daily basis and was surprised and disgusted by the corrupt leaders of this district.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
