Pros

There is a sense of love-dovey family here and appreciation not seen in many other districts. Administrators generally are talented and the district ensures support staff are at very helpful numbers. The behavior and academic support systems in place are valuable tools for student academic growth.

Cons

Pay. Benefits are not as good as one would think.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
