Pros

Some of the best co-workers I have ever had. These people care about the students and it shows. Tremendous place to be if you love students.

Cons

The school board has handcuffed the district. No pay raises and the board took away the ones that were promised for continued education. The outlook is grim and teachers are leaving in mass for other districts and jobs in other fields completely.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
