Great colleagues. Staff is very professional and willing to work together. School admin available to listen. Very student-centered.

Cons

Parents' and students' words are taken about teachers. Board does not support teachers when it comes to teacher safety during Covid19.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
