We are truly sorry if you or your team was impacted by the RIF and are happy to report we have been able to offer the majority of those impacted positions back in GPS. Pay competitiveness is a strategic priority of GPS along with employee retention. We strive to meet both goals, along with balancing the needs of each individual campus community.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
