great kids and colleagues. good-hearted staff. dedicated professionals

Cons

Defunding public education has destabilized the district. Unless the conservative state and community vote to spend money on Arizona schools it'll only get worse. No salary increase in 7 years.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
