Children are great SOME coworkers are great Field trips Free School Lunch Great Pay

Cons

Supervisors are rude No organization what so ever The people who are supposed to guide you have no idea what they’re doing/what’s going on Schedules are always in the air No respect from higher-up Many employees are extremely lazy There are favorites when it comes to employees from supervisors Some supervisors screw up really bad and blame it on employees Cannot go over 40 hours and supervisors will forage your time sheets so take pictures of it!

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
