Terrible leadership; kids are out of control - Teacher Gilbert Public Schools Employee Review

Admin is completely unsupportive and essentially invisible at the Highland campus. Teachers are not supported. 9 times out of 10, admin will take the parents' and students' side in situations and not stand up for or back up their teachers. Student behavior and vaping is out of control, and the lackluster security team ensures that all of that continues. That, coupled with the fact that admin are incompetent and don't know how to handle situations that require discipline and consequences, will continue to ensure that this school and district go downhill faster than a sled full of fat people.
