Pros

The job is very rewarding, it's something you that you can get excited about, kids do inspire and they can light up your day.

Cons

Not very common to get raises unless you turn a certain age and then need to go to school to get a degree, hours are very early if you work a morning shift so make sure it's something you can do.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
