Pros

I critical think and gets lots of stimulation. Administration is great to work with and flexible. Schedule is great.

Cons

No job specific training. Low pay. Lunch and bathroom breaks are difficult. Lunch is required and not paid but oftentimes work during lunch, even though I'm not getting paid.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
