Job Security. Steady paycheck. Great team. Benefits and AZ retirement are good. close to home. flexible work schedule. networking opportunities.

Cons

low pay rates compared to neighboring school districts. little to no upward mobility. difficulties dealing with internal bureaucracy.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
