Being on the same schedule as my children.

Cons

The pay could be better but with it being in public school, it’s understandable. I hope one day it would be increased as I believe the work teachers and paraprofessionals within the school is very valuable.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
