Cater to the bad employees Don’t take reports seriously Every year it gets worse and worse Lots of favoritism Dishonest bosses Disrespectful bosses Bosses have made jokes about some serious things that should have gotten them fired immediately (school safety)

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
