A district that holds the highest level of integrity and desire to seek only the absolute best for students to succeed in all facets of their academic career.

Cons

Budgetary constraints made many employees not see a raise in over seven years, however, because this is such a good district it is what kept many employees in place.

I absolutely loved my school, but I had to leave because I just wasn't paid enough with the rising cost of living in Gilbert. They did get a raise after I left, but it still wasn't enough. I have never had a school culture as good as FFE. The parents, students, and principal (has since left), were all amazing to work with.

Cons

GPS is a very large district. I didn't feel valued by the district. I felt VERY valued by my school though. I went to a much smaller school district, and feel more seen.
