Pros
It's exciting work, currently has good overall prospects as a company. Lots of flexibility to work whenever you want, a nice work environment in general. All the usual bonuses of startup work.
Cons
All the usual downsides to startup work. Lots of work, not necessarily a lot of organization to handle the work. Younger people tend to lose track of work-life balance due to work demands. Pay is precisely average, which kinda defeats the point of a lot of the internal lines about how we're trying to change the world and do the best things possible (you probably should pay to reflect that)
