- Flat organization focused more on getting things done than administrative control. - Get to work with very bright people who care passionately about their work. - Get to work with best in class technology to solve problems - lots of latitude in how you can approach technical problems and generally resources are not an issue. - Casual and friendly work environment - assholery is not tolerated. - Strong respect of work-life balance - infinite time off model.
Cons
- Steep learning curve in new hires to learn and use Ginkgo infrastructure to its fullest. - Certain parts of infrastructure playing catch up to the current project load sometimes causes tension.
