Really cool facilities & holds the fun, start-upy vibe but is growing into a more robust business. Great benefits (unlimited PTO, commuter benefits, affordable & high quality insurance [BCBS]). Focuses on diversity & inclusion by ensuring there is no wage gap between races & genders and providing ERGs that have executive sponsors.
Cons
Needs to move out of the start-up mentality and into a more stabilized business. Work/life balance is challenging.
