Pros

Talent here is exceptional, truly world class. Science is excellent which is why Novo, Merck, Bayer, many others work with Ginkgo. Most open and transparent company I’ve ever worked at which has pros and cons.

Cons

Biotech market is very tough now and Gingko no exception. Company restructuring over past year has been severe but Ginkgo in a better position than most.
