      Genuinely feel supported and valued. Good work is recognised, mistakes result in support and learning not grief. Pay is good for role and experience. The company has a clear goal and sense of direction.

      Company is changing from startup to enterprise and there are some growing pains, nothing scary or unexpected but they are there.
