good people, management encourages to think independently and self-develop, a hybrid working model (office and home), equity-based compensation to all employees, and a reasonable PTO policy
Cons
non-R&D/sales employees don't feel as appreciated, there are high rates of employees turnover, a lack of career development opportunities, and in practice, the work-load doesn't really enable to utilize the self development tools available to employees
