      1 - Great people and interesting projects. Product wise - super interesting product and existing times for new methodologies and features 2 - A real opportunity to lead and be an owner. Growing company so a lot of places you can step in 3 - No politics

      Cons

      The Israeli site is located in Petach Tikva. No traffic jams and close to the train station, but no restaurants around you to go out for lunch.
