Great place to work fantastic people

Absolutely none at all, period

Way too many cons. Management illegally talks about employees job to others. Your family life, health life, your life in general doesn’t matter to that company, if you’re hurt or sick they expect you to work there 10 hours. Black mold all on the walls and just spray paint over it…..and even worst….cockroaches crawling in the break room where you eat. Management is racist and belittles you as much as she can without repercussions. And don’t expect any help from HR because they don’t work for the people, they work for the company and their job is to swipe things under the rug for the Gielow company. If you want to work for a company that doesn’t expect you to have a life and make them a pretty penny while you burn out to nothing then go ahead.
