It is located in the center city, walking distance to Septa train Station. Good retirement plans.

Cons

The company has made sacrifices in its commitment to DEI. Unfortunately, its performance over the past decade has been significantly poorer than industry benchmarks, leading to the departure of long term clients. To reduce operational costs, the company has had to let go senior team members.

Very solid work life balance. Very reasonable hours. Hybrid work. Generally nice people. Honestly great place to work if you don't want your job to consume your life.

Cons
