Well respected company in the wealth/investment management space

Cons

If you fit the Glenmede cookie cutter, you will excel and go far; however, if you look or talk a little bit different you will not excel and not go far. Favoritism runs rampant here. Tread lightly. Also certain managers are able to say and do what they please without any training or repercussions.

Pros

Great CEO, and decent people overall. Company is stable with strong family backing. Great job, as it's easy to coast and make good money with great benefits.

Cons

Technology is woefully inadequate. Older, entrenched work force prevents any amount of real change. Company will struggle to compete in the future, as they are already far behind, with no immediate plan to change. High turnover in the coming years will produce even more of a challenge, as many younger employees will search for more innovative organizations. Make no mistake, this is a pure investment company, transitioning away from their founding of wealth advisory.
