culture- by far the best place to work in my 20+ years people are simply amazing- real, genuine, passionate work/life- a company that truly understands there is more to life than work, many say it but Glenmede means it!

Very solid work life balance. Very reasonable hours. Hybrid work. Generally nice people. Honestly great place to work if you don't want your job to consume your life.

Cons

Not very competitive salary. Slower paced work environment (can be a pro or a con depending on your perspective). Not very innovative or exciting.
