Pros

Amazing benefits, really smart people, kind work environment, employee friendly. The firm has an expert client service approach. The benefits are fantastic especially the 401k.

Cons

Would like to see a work-from-home option for all employees (perhaps 1 day per week)

Very solid work life balance. Very reasonable hours. Hybrid work. Generally nice people. Honestly great place to work if you don't want your job to consume your life.

Cons

Not very competitive salary. Slower paced work environment (can be a pro or a con depending on your perspective). Not very innovative or exciting.
