Well respected company in the wealth/investment management space

Cons

If you fit the Glenmede cookie cutter, you will excel and go far; however, if you look or talk a little bit different you will not excel and not go far. Favoritism runs rampant here. Tread lightly. Also certain managers are able to say and do what they please without any training or repercussions.

Very solid work life balance. Very reasonable hours. Hybrid work. Generally nice people. Honestly great place to work if you don't want your job to consume your life.

Cons

Not very competitive salary. Slower paced work environment (can be a pro or a con depending on your perspective). Not very innovative or exciting.
