Pros

Great work culture, process oriented and a great place to work with direct clients and feel the pleasure of making placements thro end to end recruiting. Of all the companies I worked with, this is the only place where I learnt a lot and keep learning everyday mainly because the management wants you to know and grow. Great CEO who looks at dedicated employees as part of the GTT Family and always concerned about their well-being!!

Cons

I don't see anything negative for successful recruiters here

Pros

Ayesha Qureshi was my recruiter and was by far professional, friendly and kept regular contact with me. I got a 5 month contract and before I finished my 2nd 6 month contract I was hired permanent full time with Lennox International a very DEI company 130 years going. My team bought me a bike to commute only 1 mile from my apartment in Dallas, TX. I love it here at Lennox. GTT and Ayesha got me the best job I ever had so far.

Cons

Not able to contact Ayesha Qureshi to send good people her way and update her. What a shame.

benefits expensive as specially health insurance, and benefits starts after 60 days of service.
