Nice location, great opportunity to work with people from another country, little supervision

Cons

Office atmosphere is childish and negative. There is no room for growth and the pay is very low. CEO is extremely selfish and creates a hostile environment - he constantly puts recruiters down during meetings and never does anything but talk about himself. Everyone in the office complains about how much they hate their jobs. No freedom or trust here, it's like a prison. Back office is rude to employees and there is a huge tension in the air between the two sides.

CEO is emotionally abusive and seems to enjoy publicly shaming his employees for little to no reason. No positive management practices or investment in staff development. CEO is childish and vindictive choosing favorites and making his opinions of his employees known to the entire staff. The CEO is the manager of the company but is mostly absent -- blaming low level staff when ever a setback occurs. CEO cultivates an environment of fear making the idea of going into the office on the day to day terrifying.
