Nice location, great opportunity to work with people from another country, little supervision
Cons
Office atmosphere is childish and negative. There is no room for growth and the pay is very low. CEO is extremely selfish and creates a hostile environment - he constantly puts recruiters down during meetings and never does anything but talk about himself. Everyone in the office complains about how much they hate their jobs. No freedom or trust here, it's like a prison. Back office is rude to employees and there is a huge tension in the air between the two sides.
