Pros

Free parking, good location

Cons

Horrible management -- the CEO only cares about himself. He is extremely unprofessional and temperamental; on more than on occasion I witnessed him threaten fellow coworkers jobs during meetings. The pay is below average and your work is never recognized. Hours are not flexible -- strict 8:30-5, and expect to use PTO if you have an appointment. There is little to no opportunity for career growth. Almost all employees talk openly about how much they hate working at GTT. The turn over is outrageous -- most newcomers only last a short while. You don't know who you can trust because everyone talks badly about each other. GTT is an awful place to work and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Pros

Ayesha Qureshi was my recruiter and was by far professional, friendly and kept regular contact with me. I got a 5 month contract and before I finished my 2nd 6 month contract I was hired permanent full time with Lennox International a very DEI company 130 years going. My team bought me a bike to commute only 1 mile from my apartment in Dallas, TX. I love it here at Lennox. GTT and Ayesha got me the best job I ever had so far.

Cons

Not able to contact Ayesha Qureshi to send good people her way and update her. What a shame.
