Pros
Very metrics driven, if you're looking to get structure by being forced to dial and be on the phone its good for that but not much money to be made in transnational recruiting.
Cons
Spent too much time enforcing process rather than training or teaching how to recruit. The process training was how to navigate the system which is something you learn in the first week. Also to submit a candidate you had to go through 3-4 different managers to get it to the client and most of the accounts are VMS systems. With VMS systems you rarely get feedback and there are not many direct relationships with managers.
