Pros

Competitive Compensation: GTT offers a strong compensation package with salary, commission, and bonuses. Work-Life Balance: The company encourages taking paid time off and has a flexible work arrangement policy, including work from home options. GTT even provides floating holidays on Indian festivals also, it doesn't supports working on weekends as they believe in maintaining a proper work life balance. Supportive Culture: GTT seems to prioritize a positive work-life balance with leadership that is understanding of employees' needs. Your manager and seniors are just a phone call away from you, even in your low-phase when you are not getting your numbers, GTT supports you and encourages you to perform better people like the Head of operations, CEO everybody is there to guide and help you. Less micromanagement: GTT doesn't micromanages your work like other recruitment companies as long as you are doing your job getting submissions, interviews & hires.

Cons

Fast-paced environment: Staffing and recruiting can be fast-paced, so this role might not be ideal for those who prefer a slower work style. Sales targets: As with many commission-based roles, there may be pressure to meet sales targets. Overall: GTT appears to be a company that offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment. If you are a recruiter or staffing professional looking for a fast-paced environment with good earning potential, GTT could be a great fit.

Pros

Ayesha Qureshi was my recruiter and was by far professional, friendly and kept regular contact with me. I got a 5 month contract and before I finished my 2nd 6 month contract I was hired permanent full time with Lennox International a very DEI company 130 years going. My team bought me a bike to commute only 1 mile from my apartment in Dallas, TX. I love it here at Lennox. GTT and Ayesha got me the best job I ever had so far.

Cons

Not able to contact Ayesha Qureshi to send good people her way and update her. What a shame.
