      Some processes can be slow during approvals. Workload may increase during release cycles. Need more structured career growth planning. Limited onsite opportunities depending on project. Internal tools and systems can be improved further

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
